sbonssy ('sbonssy', 'we', 'us') provides a platform for saving sports gear to a personal Locker, organising it into shareable Kits, and discovering the gear used by other athletes. The service is operated by Sbonssy Oy, registered in Finland at Haapaniemenkatu 7–9 B, 00530 Helsinki.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and sbonssy. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use sbonssy. Where you use the service as a consumer, these terms do not affect the mandatory rights you have under Finnish and EU consumer law.

You must be at least 13 years old to use sbonssy, and if you are under 18 you may only use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

sbonssy lets you build a gear Locker, create Kits, search for products and share Kits with others. The service is under active development; we may add, change or remove features, and some functionality may be experimental or offered on an 'as is' basis while we improve it.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use sbonssy for your own, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

You keep ownership of the content you add to sbonssy, such as your Kits, notes, nicknames and the avatar you upload. By adding content, you grant sbonssy a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share that content as needed to operate and promote the service — for example, to display a Kit you have chosen to make public.

You are responsible for the content you add, and you confirm that you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or any law. Remember that a Kit you make public can be viewed by anyone who has its share link.

You agree not to misuse sbonssy. In particular, you must not use it for any unlawful purpose; upload content that is infringing, harmful, misleading or offensive; impersonate others; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; scrape, copy or harvest data from the service except as expressly permitted; interfere with or disrupt the service; or attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent its security.

Product details, prices, availability and images shown in sbonssy are drawn from third-party retailers and search providers. This information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and we do not guarantee it. Always confirm the details on the retailer's own site before making a purchase.

sbonssy does not sell the products shown and is not a party to any purchase you make. When you follow an outbound link you leave sbonssy and enter a third-party website governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy something — at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not influence the gear you choose to save.

If you connect a third-party service such as Strava, you authorise sbonssy to access and use the data described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

The sbonssy name, logo, software, design and content — other than your own content and third-party product data — belong to sbonssy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service.

sbonssy is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any gear shown is suitable for your needs.

sbonssy helps you discover and organise gear but does not provide professional, safety or medical advice. You are responsible for assessing whether any equipment — particularly safety equipment — is appropriate, correctly sized and safe for your intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sbonssy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on product information, third-party sites or integrations. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using sbonssy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that may harm sbonssy or other users. On termination, the parts of these terms that by their nature should continue will remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. By continuing to use sbonssy after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country in which you live, and you may bring a dispute before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Otherwise, disputes will be subject to the courts of Finland.
